My wife and I are based in England and recently purchased this property to use either in retirement or when the kids are grown up and we have more free time. We will be using it as a family over the summer and it will be available to rent from the 1st of September 2026 for 29,000 baht per month. Ideally we are looking for lets of at least a year but will consider shorter. We have found the management at the condo to be very efficient about dealing with problems so it is our intention to let the condo directly. We would appreciate a video call if you would like to rent the condo, before any formal arrangements are made. It will also give us an opportunity to answer any questions you may have.
