About BSC (Baan Sathorn Chaopraya)
In our opinion the Baan Sathorn Chaophraya Condo building is one of the nicest in Bangkok by the river. Next to the Saphan Taksin Bridge and the Royal Honorary Park and across the river from the Saphan Taksin BTS station makes it the ideal location whilst being nice and quiet. It was completed in 2005.
There are numerous shops, restaurants and amenities within easy walking distance and transport around Bangkok is easy especially being so close to the BTS and the Chaophraya River. The award winning ICONSIAM shopping centre is only 700m walk away.

There is a real friendly feel to the building and the staff are great. Most of the staff have remained the same over the years and always make us feel welcome.
Access to the buildings is via a keycard and there is 24 hour security present. Residents have 24 hour access but any visitors to the condo will need to check in with security downstairs and be collected by the resident. The building feels very safe indeed.
The building was completed in 2005 although it was originally designed to be an office block but the developers went out of business when it was being built and another company converted it into apartments. This means that all apartments have high ceilings, wide walkways and the building has an ample number of lifts. This is something that is often lacking in modern apartment blocks.
There is a garage at the rear and each condo has one space. Visitors are allowed to park there and it is manned by security. There are ample spaces and it’s never an issue finding parking.
