Location of Our Riverside Condominium
Baan Sathorn Chaophraya (BSC) is a condo building close to the Chaophraya River in Bangkok. It has many amenities and is located close to the Samphan Taksin and Krung Thonburi BTS stations. ICONSIAM is only 700m walk away and there are many shops and restaurants close by.

Renting a Condo in Thailand
Baan Sathorn Chaophraya is a residential condominium and not a hotel or a serviced apartment. This means that short term rentals under a month are not allowed under Thai Law.
All of our rental agreements are for one month or more. We do not rent for less than one month. We can be flexible to your needs as we know some people don’t want to commit to a year at a time. As long as the rental is in excess of one month that’s fine. You may of course move out before the one month but your agreement will always be for a minimum of one month. Naturally preference will be given to longer lets.
We will also deal with submitting your TM30 for you to the immigration office.
